Need to return something? No worries! If you need to return an item, you can lodge your return through our Returns Portal.

Return timeframes:

Refunds & exchanges: Lodge and ship your return within 15 days of receiving your order.

Store credit: Return your item within 60 days of receiving your order.

During selected peak sale periods, the refund and exchange timeframe may be extended. Any extended timeframe will be communicated during the relevant sale.

Return Conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original, resalable condition, with no odours, marks, stains, hair, signs of wear or damage, and with original tags and packaging where applicable.

All returns are inspected by our US and AU warehouse teams. If an item does not meet our return conditions, it may be rejected and you will be contacted via email.

Return Fees:

Return shipping fees depend on your location and the return option selected. The applicable fee will be shown in the Returns Portal before you complete your return.

Checkout+:

If you selected Checkout+ at checkout, eligible return shipping is covered. For Australian exchanges, there is no reshipment fee. International exchanges will incur a reshipment fee for the new order, with the option to select either standard or express shipping.

Without Checkout+:

If you did not select Checkout+ at checkout, you can still return your eligible items. You will simply be required to pay the applicable return shipping fee when completing your return through the Returns Portal.

The fee is calculated based on your location and the shipping option available for your return.
