We’ve made returns hassle-free! Here’s everything you need to know:
Return Options:
Australian Customers: Choose a store credit, refund, or exchange.
International Customers: Choose store credit or refund.
Final Sale Items: Clearly marked and only eligible for an exchange (same item and colour, subject to availability).
Return Process:
To start your return, click here and follow the instructions.
Your item must be lodged in our returns portal and sent within 15 days of receiving your order.
During peak sales, returns are accepted within 28 days for refunds/exchanges and 60 days for store credits.
Return Conditions:
Non-returnable Items: Undergarments, socks, and opened supplements for hygiene reasons.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in impeccable condition. No signs of wear, odours, or animal/human hair.
International Returns: Customers outside Australia are responsible for return shipping. Please use tracked shipping as we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged returns.
