What is the Instant Exchange option?Updated 16 days ago

The Instant Exchange allows you to receive your new item immediately, without waiting for your return to be processed. When you select this option, we ship your exchange item right away, and you agree to return the original item within the specified return window. 

Please kindly note that during peak periods your instant exchange order may be affected by dispatch delays accounting for the volume of orders. 

By selecting Instant Exchange, you authorise Muscle Nation to charge the payment method associated with your return if the original item is not returned within the required timeframe or is deemed ineligible following inspection. 

Please note, an authorisation hold will be pending on your associated payment method at submission for the full value of the returning items. This authorisation is not a charge unless your return parcel isn’t scanned within 21 days. Once your return is scanned in transit the hole will automatically release. 

If an item included in the transaction is not returned, you will be charged the full value of the unreturned item.

Instant Exchange orders cannot be edited once submitted.

Any applicable return shipping and reshipment fees will be displayed during the return or exchange process.

Items received through an exchange order are subject to our standard return policy.

Instant Exchange orders are not eligible for a further refund or exchange.

If you need to return an item received through an exchange or Shop Now order, the item can only be returned for store credit.
