How does the Instant Exchange process work?Updated 23 days ago

When initiating a return via our Returns Portal, choose the Instant Exchange option. This allows us to ship your new items out right away (within our standard dispatch time frame), so you don’t have to wait until we receive your return.

At checkout, you’ll be asked to enter your card details to cover a returns handling fee (this is the returns label) and to place a temporary authorisation hold. This hold acts as a security measure in case the original item isn’t returned within the required timeframe.

Don’t worry! The authorisation hold will be automatically reversed on the 7th business day after you lodge your return, even if we haven’t received the parcel yet.
