Returning an item is easy! Just follow these simple steps:

1. Visit Our Return Portal: Click on the return portal link here to get started.

2. Fill Out the Return Form: Follow the instructions to provide your order details and reason for return. You will need your order number and postcode/zipcode or email address.

3. Prepare Your Item: Ensure your item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

4. Ship Your Return: Once you’ve submitted your return request, send your item back within the return timeframe:

   • 15 days for standard returns

   • 28 days during peak sales for refunds/exchanges, and 60 days for store credits

   • International Returns: Make sure to use tracked shipping. We can’t be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, this will be processed within 10 business days (up to 15 business days during peak periods).
