To qualify, items must be:

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original, resalable condition, with no odours, marks, stains, hair, signs of wear or damage, and with original tags and packaging where applicable

• Returned within the return window

• Not marked as final sale

• Not part of a previous exchange order
