Yes. You can update the products within your subscription through the subscription portal. Please note, that the portal can sometimes take a little while to load, so we recommend allowing a few moments for changes to appear.

Yes. You can pause your subscription through the subscription portal, if you need a break before your next recurring order. Any paused subscriptions can be resumed at a later date through the same portal.
Can I change my recurring timeframe?
Yes. You can adjust your recurring delivery frequency through the subscription portal at any time before your next order is processed.
Can I change the free gift included with my subscription?
You may be able to change the colour of your free gift, depending on availability. However, free gifts cannot be exchanged for alternative products.

How do I access the subscription portal?
You will receive a subscription management email after placing your subscription order. Please check your junk/spam folder for the details required to log into the portal. You will also receive reminder emails before each recurring order. Both emails

Are subscription orders only available for supplements?
Yes. Subscriptions are currently available for eligible supplement products only.
Can I use discount codes on a subscription order?
No. Subscription orders already receive a subscription discount, therefore additional discount codes, review codes, athlete codes, and promotional codes cannot be stacked. Only one discount can be applied per order.
Can I use a different card for my subscription?
If you would like future subscription orders charged to a different card, you will need to cancel your existing subscription and create a new subscription via our website using the preferred payment method.
What payment methods can I use for a subscription?
Subscription orders can be placed using the same payment methods available on our website, excluding gift cards for recurring payments.
