How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Due to the huge volume of orders, please allow 5–10 business days for dispatch. We’re working as fast as we can.. we promise it’s worth the wait!

Will I get tracking for my order?

Yes! You’ll receive an email with your tracking info as soon as your order is dispatched.

Do you offer express shipping during the sale?

Yes, express shipping is available at checkout, but please keep in mind dispatch times may still take longer than usual due to order volumes.

How do I receive free shipping?

You’ll receive free standard shipping when you spend $120 or more in one transaction (Australia only). No code needed! It’ll apply automatically at checkout!

If I select express shipping, will my order be prioritised?

Choosing Express Shipping means your order will be sent via express post for faster delivery once it's with the courier. However, please note this doesn’t prioritise your order during our warehouse dispatch process as all orders are packed in the ord

We ship Australia-wide and to all international locations! Simply enter your address at checkout to confirm delivery options!

Do you offer same day delivery?

We usually offer Same Day Delivery, but this option is temporarily unavailable during our EOFY Sale due to high order volumes.
