How long will it take for my order to be shipped?Updated 14 days ago

Our warehouse will be working extended hours (7 days a week!) to process orders quickly.

For orders placed between November 12th to November 27th, please allow up to 15 business days for dispatch during this busy period. 

For orders placed after on or after November 27th, please allow up to 10 business days for dispatch. We promise it will be worth the wait. 

You’ll receive:

• A dispatch email when your order is packed
  

• Tracking updates via email and SMS
  

Orders start shipping from Thursday, November 13th.

Please note: couriers experience heavy delays during this season, so tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.
