Unfortunately, we can't combine orders once they've been placed as our warehouse starts preparing them almost immediately during busy sale periods!
What happens when I receive an incorrect or faulty item from the Black Friday sale?
No worries! Just email our Customer Experience team at [email protected] and we would love to assist!Please do not discard of the item or packaging until our team has finalised the investigation.
I didn't receive my order confirmation?
During our Black Friday Sale, order confirmation emails may take a little longer to land in your inbox than normal (up to 30mins). Please be sure to check your bank account if your payment has gone through and check your spam/junk folder for your ord
