Customs fees such as duties, taxes, or handling charges may apply depending on the destination country. For some regions, these charges can be calculated and paid for at checkout (where available). While we always do our best to ensure these fees are as accurate and minimal as possible, we cannot guarantee that additional charges won’t be applied upon your order entering your country, especially in cases where customs policies or thresholds change without notice.

For customers outside of Australia, import duties and taxes are more likely and are the responsibility of the recipient. Regulations and fee structures are set by each country’s local customs authority and may vary.

As per recent legislation, VAT for UK orders will be charged at point of sale.

If you choose not to accept your delivery due to applicable customs fees, we’ll do our best to have the parcel returned to us. Once received, a refund will be issued less the original shipping cost and any return or handling fees incurred.

Please also note:

• We are unable to mark parcels as ‘gifts’ or ‘samples’ to avoid customs fees, as this violates international shipping regulations.
