When selecting Shop Now as your exchange option, please note that you will be shopping at the current website pricing at the time your exchange is processed.

This means that if your original purchase was made during a promotional period (including sitewide sales, discount codes, or bundle offers such as 2 for $X), those promotions may no longer be active.

The best way to think of the Shop Now option is that your original item is refunded as store credit, and you are then placing a new order at the current prices and promotions available on the website at that time.

If the item you're exchanging for is priced higher than your available credit, you'll be required to pay the difference before your new order is dispatched. If the new item is lower in value, the remaining balance will be returned as store credit or refund (whichever you choose), when your return is processed.
