Can I return items purchased during the EOFY sale?

How long does it take to process my return?
Usually it takes up to 10 business days to process returns once they are delivered to our warehouse. During peak sale times, such as our EOFY sale, we extend this time to up to 15 business days to account for the volume of parcels we receive daily.
What if I want to exchange an item for a different size and the size I want is now sold out?
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you are wanting to exchange for is sold out, you can opt for a Shop Now exchange, store credit, or refund (pending that it is not final sale).
Is my exchange order subject to EOFY dispatch delays?

Why is the exchange price different from the EOFY sale price?
When selecting Shop Now as your exchange option, please note that you will be shopping at the current website pricing at the time your exchange is processed. This means that if your original purchase was made during a promotional period (including si
