We’ve made returning items simple and hassle-free!  

- For orders placed before Nov 6, 2024, store credit only. After this date, eligible items can be refunded, exchanged, or credited.  

- Returns must be lodged within 15 days (28 days during sales). Items must be unused, in original condition, and free from odours or wear.  

Exclusions:  

- Undergarments, socks, and opened supplements cannot be returned.  

- Supplements must be unopened with seals intact.  

- Items marked as 'Final Sale' in the product description are unable to be returned.

Refunds: A $9.99 fee applies (Aus only). Store credit waives this fee.  

Faulty Items: Contact us at [email protected] with photos and your order number.
