What is the “Shop Now” option for returns?Updated 8 days ago

The Shop Now option allows you to use the value of your returning items towards a new product on our website, without waiting for your original return to be received and processed.

When you select Shop Now, your new order can be dispatched within our standard dispatch timeframe. Please note that dispatch may take longer during peak periods due to increased order volumes.

As part of the Shop Now Exchange process, a temporary authorisation hold for the full value of your returning items will be placed on your payment method. This authorisation is not a charge unless your return parcel isn’t scanned within 21 days. Once your return is scanned in transit the hole will automatically release. 

By selecting Shop Now, you authorise Muscle Nation to charge your payment method if your original item is not returned within the required timeframe or is deemed ineligible following inspection. If an item is not returned, you will be charged the full value of that item.

Any applicable return shipping or reshipment fees will be displayed during the return process.

Shop Now orders cannot be edited once submitted.

Please note that items received through a Shop Now or Instant Exchange order are subject to our standard return policy. 

These orders are not eligible for a further refund or exchange. If you need to return an item received through a Shop Now order, it can only be returned for store credit.
