If you haven’t received your store credit email within 10 business days of your return being delivered to our warehouse, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact our Customer Experience Team at [email protected], and we’ll assist you right away.
Please note during busy periods, such as major sale events, that processing times are extended to 15 business days to account for the volume of parcels received.
