My order says “delivered” but I haven’t received it. What should I do?Updated 30 minutes ago
If your tracking shows “delivered” but the parcel is nowhere to be found, please:
Check around your property (including behind bins, fences, or in a safe place)
Ask anyone else in your household or building (including reception or building managers)
If you still can’t locate it, please contact our Customer Experience Team within 7 business days of the delivery scan. We’ll lodge an investigation with the courier and help resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
