How does the “Shop Now” return option work?Updated 10 days ago

When you select Shop Now during the return process, you’ll receive a credit for the value of the items you’re returning. This credit will appear at the bottom of your screen while browsing the Muscle Nation website.

You can use this credit immediately to shop for a different product. Simply add the items you’d like to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout. You’ll then be redirected back to the Returns Portal to complete your Shop Now exchange.

At this stage, you’ll be asked to enter your card details to cover:

• Any applicable return shipping fee and new order shipping costs
• Any additional amount if your new order exceeds the value of your return credit
• A temporary authorisation hold for the full value of your returning items

This authorisation is not a charge unless your return parcel isn’t scanned within 21 days. Once your return is scanned in transit the hole will automatically release. 

By selecting Shop Now, you authorise Muscle Nation to charge your payment method if your original item is not returned within the required timeframe or is deemed ineligible following inspection.

Please note that Shop Now orders cannot be edited once submitted, and any items received through a Shop Now order can only be returned for store credit.
