In most cases, our parcels are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL), which means your order may be left in a safe location if no one is home at the time of delivery.

Whether a signature is required depends on the courier’s assessment of your address. If the area is deemed safe, they may leave the parcel unattended without requiring a signature. However, if no suitable location is available or the courier has concerns, they may take the parcel to a nearby collection point or post office.

If you would prefer your parcel not be left unattended, please let us know by leaving a note in the order notes at checkout. We’ll pass this instruction along to the courier, though please note the final decision remains at their discretion.
