Our Shipping Protection Program covers the loss of your package during transit. In the unfortunate event of loss, rest assured we'll take care of it.
If you suspect your order is lost, please contact our team at [email protected] and we'll launch an investigation with the courier to confirm the loss or locate your order. In the event this is deemed lost, we'll promptly replace your item/s with the same product and ship it using your original chosen method.
In the unfortunate event that not all of your items are available for reshipment, we'll promptly provide you with a store credit for those specific item/s.
If your parcel's tracking says it has been delivered to the incorrect address and we are unable to retrieve the parcel, we will deem this as a "missing parcel" and you will be covered by this policy.
Please note that the $2.49 fee is fixed and cannot be discounted using any promotional codes or discounts.
