Can I use my store credit immediately?Updated 11 days ago
Store credits are issued once your return has been processed by our warehouse team! As soon as you receive the email, you can use your store credit right away.
To apply your gift card/store credit, please follow these steps:
1. Add your items to cart and proceed to checkout
2. Enter your contact and shipping details
3. Scroll down to the payment section
4. You’ll see a field labelled “Gift card”
5. Copy and paste your 16-digit gift card code into this field and select "Apply". Please make sure to use the copy function so all 16 digits are captured correctly. If any digits are missing, the gift card won’t apply.
Once entered in the correct section, the store credit will apply automatically to your order total.
If you’d prefer to use the value of the items you’re returning towards a new purchase, we recommend selecting Shop Now during the return process. This allows you to use the value of your return to exchange for another product available on our website during your return submission.
