Once an order is placed, we can’t guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made especially during busy periods like our EOFY Sale. Our warehouse begins preparing orders quickly, so requests may not be actioned in time.
If you’ve made a mistake, reach out to our team as soon as possible via our live chat function, and we’ll do our best to assist. Otherwise, you’re more than welcome to return the item for store credit, exchange or a refund once it arrives, provided it meets our return conditions.
