This promotion is valid from Friday, May 16, 2025, at 9:00 AM AEST until Monday, May 19, 2025, at 9:00 AM AEST, unless extended or terminated earlier at our discretion.

Eligibility
- This promotion is open to all customers shopping on our website.
- The 25% discount applies to full-priced items only.
- Sale items and gift cards are excluded from this promotion.

How to Redeem
The 25% discount will be automatically applied to eligible items at checkout during the promotion period. No promotional code is required.

Restrictions and Limitations
- This offer cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotional offers.
- The discount applies to eligible products only. Sale items and gift cards are excluded from this promotion.
- Returned items that were purchased using this promotion may affect your refund amount.

GENERAL TERMS

1. By attending or making purchases at the Muscle Nation Warehouse Sale, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Muscle Nation reserves the right to:
   • Limit the number of shoppers in the venue at any time
   • Modify these terms without prior notice
   • Refuse service to anyone
3. All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

PRICING & PAYMENT

1. Nothing over $50 - All items at the Warehouse Sale are priced at $50 or less.
2. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
3. Payment methods accepted:
   • Credit/Debit cards
   • Cash
   • Mobile payment apps
4. Bulk purchases may be subject to additional restrictions at management's discretion.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - All purchases made at the Warehouse Sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for:
   • Refunds
   • Exchanges
   • Store credit
   • Any other form of compensation
2. Free items or competition prizes - Any items that are received for free or won through competitions or giveaways cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
3. Muscle Nation's standard warranty policy does not apply to Warehouse Sale purchases.
4. Manufacturing defects should be reported at the point of purchase before leaving the venue.

CONDUCT & SAFETY

1. Shoppers must follow all instructions from Muscle Nation staff and venue security.
2. Running, pushing, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event.
3. Muscle Nation is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
4. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

MISCELLANEOUS

1. These Warehouse Sale Terms & Conditions are separate from and in addition to Muscle Nation's standard Terms & Conditions.
2. For questions regarding these terms, please speak with a Muscle Nation representative at the event.

By making a purchase at the Muscle Nation Warehouse Sale, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Prize Details

• The prize will be delivered to the winner's nominated Australian address within 28 days of prize acceptance.

Winner Selection

• One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
• The random draw will take place within 3 business days after the end of the Promotion Period.
• The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message and/or through the contact details provided in the bonus entry form within 5 business days of the draw.
• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
