I had an item in my cart, but it sold out before I completed my purchase. Why did this happen?Updated 2 days ago

We understand how disappointing this can be, especially during busy sale periods. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve or secure stock. Items are only secured once your order has been successfully completed at checkout.

Due to high demand, stock levels can change quickly and items may sell out while they are still in your cart.

If the item you're after is currently sold out, we recommend selecting "Notify Me When Available" on the product page and entering your email address to receive an alert if the item is restocked.

Please note that if the item is restocked after a sale has ended, we are unable to honour the previous sale price.
