Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the payment method used at checkout.
If you've accidentally used the wrong card, we recommend placing a new order using your preferred payment method and contacting our Customer Experience Team on [email protected] with the order number you'd like cancelled.
While we cannot guarantee cancellation, we'll do our best to assist if your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse.
