During our Afterpay Day sale, the order editing feature will be available for the first 15 minutes after placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations can be made as our warehouse begins preparing orders very quickly due to the high volume of orders placed.
If you notice a mistake in your order, please contact our Customer Experience Team immediately via our live chat with all the changes you wish to make, and we will do our best to assist. If we are unable to make the change, you are welcome to return the item for a store credit, exchange, or a refund once it arrives, provided it meets our return conditions and policy.
